## What ClassRail Does

ClassRail lets trainers create a course, share a registration link, and collect payments via Stripe — all in one flow. Students click the link, fill in their details, pay by card, and receive an automatic confirmation email. No app download, no account creation required.

## Key Features

- **Stripe Payments**: PCI Level 1 compliant card processing with automatic receipts and refund handling
- **Multilingual**: Registration pages adapt to English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), or Simplified Chinese (简体中文)
- **Capacity Management**: Set a cap per course. When full, students join a waitlist and get notified when spots open
- **Automated Emails**: Registration confirmations, course reminders, cancellation notices — all sent automatically and logged
- **Admin Dashboard**: Manage enrollments, payments, attendance, and activity logs in one place
- **No Student Accounts**: Students register and pay without creating an account
- **Waitlist Auto-Advance**: When a spot opens (cancellation, capacity increase, or stale enrollment cleanup), the next person on the waitlist is automatically notified with a 24-hour window to register. Seats are reserved for notified waitlisters — public users cannot take their spots.
- **Revenue Sharing**: Per-course configurable instructor payouts — either a flat percentage or cascading marginal tiers (tax-bracket style). Monthly revenue reports with CSV export. Instructors see their share terms on course pages with a plain-English model explainer.
- **Instructor E-Contracts**: Digital agreement signing before course submission. Collaboration agreements cover revenue sharing, IP rights, and confidentiality. Versioned with immutable signature records. Scroll-verified consent with read-only review after signing. Email confirmation with full agreement text and legal disclaimers upon signing. Legal recall for both instructors and admins — stored agreement text and forensic evidence (IP, device, timestamp) viewable anytime. Print / Save as PDF with HKSAR legal binding notice (Cap. 553).
